Feb. 28th, 2014 07:48 amThe first diet class last night was kind of weird. I asked a lot of questions and had trouble with the math (order forms for the bars and shakes) and finding the sheets they were going over in the massive pile of paperwork they gave us. I hope I didn't make too terrible a first impression. Anyway, what we're supposed to do in this first week is eat normally but record everything we eat plus the time, place and what sort of a mood we were in and did anything trigger us wanting to eat, etc. This sounds pretty interesting. We get all the bars and shakes and things next week.
