Had a terrific time hanging out with my brony friends today! this helped me feel a bit better after I got some upsetting news last night. Apparently the diet program people had sent a letter to my GP because they have to get his permission for me to go on this diet program, and the son of a bitch never answered the letter. This is not the first time he has pulled this sort of obstructionist crap. Ten years ago he refused to give the insurance people in Texas some number when my appendix went pow so my parents wound up having to pay for the whole thing. They didn't get a penny from medi-cal or medicaid. the diet people didn't call and tell me this until after 5:30 yesterday so I could not call my doctor's office. i called my dad last night and told him and he was pissed. (Not at me, at this stupid doctor.) I called him a few minutes ago to give him my GP's office phone number.
