22/11/12 10:22OK, I've got the turkey stuffed and in the oven, now all I have to do is wait for a couple of hours before starting on the side dishes (made the pumpkin pie last night). The only really annoying thing is the big lasagna pan that I put the turkey in seems to have some sort of pinhole leak which i could not find but there was turkey juice all over the counter and I had to clean it. I didn't have any tinfoil to line the pan with and i already had to run score some butter from the 711 earlier this morning so i just stuck a cookie sheet under the pan in the oven. That should actually make it easier to baste the turkey.
