Maybe I shouldn't be in such a good mood right now but the fact that I'm going to see the doctor tomorrow makes me feel like a weight is off my shoulders even though his changing the dosage of my meds didn't work this time and I have every reason to believe he's going to tell me I need surgery, probably a hysterectomy. Also, I had a gorgeous dream where I was on this tropical beach with Hugh and I was swimming and he was giving me cannolis and having sex with me. mmmmmmmmmmm
