I've been watching A Fish Called Wanda, one of my favorite movies. I love how Wanda is both the smartest and the most level-headed person in the movie, a welcome change from all those women in movies who were apparently brain damaged and panicky even when nothing bad was happening. And for those of you who think that sexist stereotype had died out by the 80s, just try sitting through Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom without vomiting.
