(no subject)

I'm in a somewhat better mood now than I was yesterday because I went to a really great party last night. I didn't know anybody there but I was at least able to get some good conversations going. I don't like it when you go to a party and don't know anyone there and can't get anybody to talk to you. it was at this cool bar/restaurant called Looney's (yes, that's the real name) and I got about half the people in the bar to toast George Carlin's memory so that was cool. Great music at this party too and the guy working there (I think he may have been an owner or manager) let me sample a nummy dessert just because I showed some enthusiasm for it's being on the menu. Bread pudding, one of my favorites. I can make it at home but I don't do it very often because it's a heart attack in a bowl.
