I went to the office and asked for the maintenance guys to look at my sink. I also told them about the emergency phone line not working.

I waited all day today and one of them finally showed up and replaced my garbage disposal which was busted and apparently causing all the problems. I had to go down to the office twice, call them (they were there but didn't answer the phone) and knock on the other maintenance guy's door (nobody answered but I could hearing talking and loud TV in there and somebody looked out the peekhole.)
