I was in a good mood yesterday, the wine bar was fun. Then this morning I was going out to the pool to swim my laps when I saw a man in the hall who didn't look familiar to me. He said he hurt his ankle and asked me for a razor blade. I told him I didn't have one and he should go to the ER across the street (this apt bldg happens to be across the street from a hospital), then I went down to the pool and swam my laps, then when I went back up to my apt and got off the elevator the guy was HAVING SEX WITH A GROCERY CART!!! I had to walk right by him to get into my apt and he didn't even stop or try to put his damn pants back on or anything!

Oh my god what???

I'm very freaked out and have no idea what to do other than stay the hell in my apartment and I am going to have to go out sometime today to do some shopping.

Report to building security if you have one? Police? Sounds like someone experiencing a mental health crisis of some kind to be honest, but also that's not the kind of thing you want people, especially children, walking into.

There is no bldg security. I considered calling the cops but this was an hour ago and the guy must be long gone by now and I didn't get a good enough look at him to give any cop a decent description.

I'd ask if it was JD Vance, but I know he's into sofas... not sure about shopping carts.

He didn't look anything like JD Vance. Ironically enough I laughed my ass off at Beavis fucking a couch.

wtf, what an awful and scary experience! And that's awful that there is no building security to help keep residents safe. Any chance the building has surveillance/cameras? I would definitely call the cops on sight if he comes back.

There's no camera in the part of the hall he was in. They never did catch whoever was stealing the mail for like 2 years and there WERE cameras in that part of the bldg.
