The movie last night was just great and it was fun to see my friends again, one of whom wanted to take me out for a birthday dinner Friday and is going to call me about it later. I'm in the mood for Italian; I can discuss it with him when he calls.
The weather is awful, it has been pissing buckets of rain for days now and it's very windy too.
You know how sometimes if there's a group of people talking and one person will be there whom nobody knows and everybody thinks that person is with someone else in the group? Last night after the movie got out a bunch of us were standing around talking about it and there was this one woman who was not saying anything to anybody and I got weird vibes from her. She was wearing this jacket that had like about fifty embroidered patches of Smokey the Bear and she walks over to me and whispers something. There were a lot of people talking rather loudly in the movie theatre lobby so I couldn't hear a word she was saying so I go "I can't hear you" and it turns out she wants to take my umbrella out to her car. I didn't know when my friends wanted to leave so I used that as an excuse but frankly I'm not letting someone I know nothing about (apart from her being obsessed with Smokey the Bear) walk out of the bldg with my damn umbrella.
