(no subject)

I dropped off the last piece of recertification paperwork yesterday and I could have signed it then and there but they made me wait and they said they would call me today to come down to the office and sign it. They haven't called yet. The phone only rang once all day and it was some scammer calling about my supposed account with Bank of America. I don't have an account with Bank of America!

They really make it difficult to live there. It's like they're doing you a favor by taking your money.

It gets worse. They are now losing paperwork I gave them weeks ago and claiming I never gave it to them so I gave them more copies and now they keep changing what they want and I have to go back there tomorrow and sign more paperwork and one woman keeps insisting she talked to me Monday when she didn't.
