Pah. She was just transposing interpretation of exercise outcome to fit her world view. Apparently "spiritual balance" is oh-so-much-more sexy than reducing the blahs and increasing metabolic rate. I like magic as much as the next person and I really really would like a unicorn now please thanks, but I'm not holding my breath.
