I really like that episode. But I agree it's weird that they never caught the guy, yet House never seems worried about him showing up again. Did the guy not read the newspaper and realize House hadn't died?

And don't get me started on the Ketamine that magically restores thigh muscles. It made sense in "No Reason" because it didn't actually happen, but led to a total WTF in season three.
